- A full written quotation is sent to each customer
- An in-store consultation allows a walk-through of the process. The quotation is explained in detail. Possible designs are discussed. The equipment and tiles quoted are shown to the customer. The customer is clear on all aspects of the quotation
- A booking is made upon receipt of deposit and the work is scheduled
- In the meantime, further visits can be made to the showroom and the house if required. The design is finalised. Tiles and bathroom equipment are finalised
- The quotation is updated, so that the changes are reflected and any cost implications clear to the customer
